We recently announced that the Xbox Series X|S version of DRAGON BALL Z: KAKAROT and the Xbox One/Xbox Series X|S versions of " -BARDOCK- Alone against Fate" and "Season Pass 2" were postponed. We would like to inform you of the measures we are currently planning to take to ensure that the game can be played normally.
Planned Updates on the Issue
For users who have been experiencing issues with the game becoming inoperable due to unintended behavior, we are now offering a separate download of the Xbox One version of DRAGON BALL Z: KAKAROT’s game data* from the store.
Users who originally had saved data for the Xbox One version can upgrade their saved data by launching the separately downloaded Xbox One version of DRAGON BALL Z: KAKAROT.
After the save data upgrade, you will be able to play the game using your original save data on the Xbox Series X|S version of DRAGON BALL Z: KAKAROT.
At the same time, the Xbox One/Xbox Series X|S version of the DLC, "Additional Scenario: -BARDOCK- Alone against fate" and "Season Pass 2" will also be made available.
*Game data refers to the application data of the main game and is different from game save data.
Timing of Implementation
The implementation for this fix is planned shortly. Our development team is currently working on the fixes described to ensure that the measure will be delivered to Xbox users as soon as possible.
We will make another announcement when a more specific timing can be reliably achieved.
Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused to customers who have been looking forward to the release of this title and to those who have been playing this title on the Xbox.
