Terms of Use for PATAPON 1+2 REPLAY Game Streaming Assets
Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby establishes the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") regarding the use of game streaming assets (referring to various assets of "PATAPON 1+2 REPLAY" designated as distribution targets within this page, hereinafter referred to as "the Assets") in connection with "PATAPON 1+2 REPLAY" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") who utilise the Assets are requested to read the following carefully and agree to the Terms before use. By downloading the Assets, Users are deemed to have agreed to the Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, please discontinue use.
Important Notes
Users may save and use the Assets solely for the purpose of game commentary activities in compliance with the Bandai Namco Entertainment Game Commentary Policy (https://www.bandainamcoent.co.jp/english/videopolicy/).
The Terms do not intend to transfer any intellectual property rights pertaining to the Assets.
The Company provides no warranties whatsoever to Users regarding the use of the Assets.
The User who conducts the game streaming activity is solely responsible for any events that may occur as a result of the game commentary activity using the Assets, and the Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever.
The contents of the Terms are subject to change, and the revised Terms shall apply to the use of the Assets after the change.
