New In-game Event "Ninja Battle"
Ninja Battle is a new in-game event where players can join one of two camps based on NARUTO and BORUTO’s question. During the event, players will be able to enjoy rank match and the new battle rule "Target Match." To celebrate its start, the first Ninja Battle will be "Rasengan VS Chidori," lasting from 3/28 – 4/2.
Also, Exchange Tickets have been added to the game and can be earned by participating in Ninja Battle. Redeem them for items!

Fixed Issues Related to Battle
Fixed an issue where the recovery speed after substitution gauge recovers differed depending on the frame rate. This has resulted in a faster recover speed at 30 FPS.
Fixed a bug where the following characters were invincible during Chakra Back Dash.

Battle Balance Adjustment - Overall Battles
The timing of granting priority has been slowed down for all types of direct attack ninjutsu. Priority is an indicator that determines which of two attacks wins when they collide with each other.
Priority attack decisions are now made when leader change hits and when leader change attacks are made during aerial combos.
Increased the recovery speed of support gauge after leader change.
Adjusted the recovery speed of support gauge after activating support ninjutsu.
Increased the recovery speed of support gauge during Two-Man Team.
Shortened the time it takes for Substitution Gauge to start recovering.
Adjusted leader change function so it cannot be done while holding Counterattack.
Decreased the natural recovery speed of Chakra Gauge during Ninja Move and Jump.
Increased the natural recovery speed of Chakra Gauge during attacks.
Extended the knockout length when Guard Break Attack is hit.
Decreased the poison effect of Ninja Tool Poison Tag.

Lowered the degree to which the main body turns around during the attack of Ninjutsu 2 “Shadow Clone Charing Bullet.”
Might Guy (Great Ninja War)
Decreased defense power.
Neji Hyuga
Decreased the recovery speed after activating Ninjutsu 1 “8 Trigrams Palm Rotation.”
Rock Lee
Reduced the damage when Ninjutsu 1 "Leaf’s Combo Attack" is activated in the air and changed the way it is hit so that it will not be followed up by additional attack.
Kiba Inuzuka
Decreased defense power.
Increased Chakra consumption when activating Ninjutsu 1 “Fang Over Fang” and reduced Akamaru’s damage and guard damage.
Increased Chakra consumption when activating Ninjutsu 2 “Tunneling Fang” and reduced Akamaru’s damage and guard damage.
Hinata Hyuga
Decreased the recovery speed when activating Ninjutsu 1 “Protective 8 Trigrams 64 Palms“ as support.
Increased Chakra consumption when activating Ninjutsu 2 “8 Trigrams Air Palm” and decreased the recovery speed when activating as support.
The Third Hokage: Hiruzen Sarutobi
Weakened the homing of shuriken in Ninjutsu 2 Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu.”
Minato Namikaze (Reanimation)
Accelerated the timing at which invincibility expires and reduced the hit box of Ninjutsu 2 “Flying Raijin: Level 2.”

Increased Chakra consumption of Ninjutsu 1 “Rasengan” and decreased the recovery speed when activating as support.
Danzo Shimura
Decreased defense power.

Shortened the duration of hit box for Ninjutsu 1 “Almighty Push,” reduced the damage when activated this ninjutsu in the air and decreased the recovery speed when activating this ninjutsu as support.
Hanabi Hyuga and Hanabi Hyuga (Shippuden)
Increased Chakra consumption when activating and canceling Ninjutsu 1 “Hanabi Style: Rotation” and decreased recovery speed when activating as support.
Kabuto Yakushi (Snake Cape)
Reduced the poison effect of Ninjutsu 2 “Venomous Fog Jutsu.”
Sakon/Ukon
Increased Chakra consumption when activating Ninjutsu 1 “Summoning Jutsu: Rashomon.”
Tsuchikage Ohnoki
Increased Chakra consumption when activating Ninjutsu 1 “Earth Style: Weighted Boulder Justu.”
Hahn
Accelerated the tempo for ground combos and increased the stun duration when getting hit.
Utakata
Decreased the recovery speed of Ninjutsu 1 “Water Style: Bubble Jutsu Drift” when activating as support.
Increased the recovery speed of Ninjutsu 2 “Water Style: Bubble Justu“ when activating as support.

Reduced the damage and poison effect of Ninjutsu 2 “Summoning Jutsu: Ibuse.”

Delayed the timing of becoming invincible for Ninjutsu 1 “Heaven and Earth Explosion Burial.”

Delayed the timing of becoming invincible and accelerated the timing which invincibility expires.

Shortened the duration of hit box for Ninjutsu 1 “Almighty Push” and reduced damage when activating in the air.

Decreased defense power.
Decreased the speed of kunai fired at the second part of ground combo.

The invincibility of the awakening ground combo is now only available at the start.

Adjusted to not have additional down attack after Ninjutsu 1 “Massive Rasengan.”

"Notification" now appears on mode selection screen.
