Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia is pleased to announce the release of a new gameplay video featuring the upcoming “-BARDOCK- Alone Against Fate” DLC for DRAGON BALL Z: KAKAROT, which is currently available on the PlayStation®4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch™.

This DLC can also be enjoyed with the PlayStation®5 version of the game, due to be released on 12 January 2023, and on the Xbox Series X|S version, which is to be released on the next day, on 13 January 2023*.

A new trailer featuring the gameplay footage of the upcoming “-BARDOCK- Alone Against Fate” DLC has been released. The trailer includes thrilling battles taking place on the planet of Kanassa and features the first glimpse of Bardock in action in the game.

Witness Bardock’s overwhelming strength through his moves, Super Attacks, in-battle voice lines, and much more.

This story details the adventures of Goku’s father, Bardock, who serves as a member of Frieza’s planetary invasion force, as well as him and his companions’ fateful journey to Planet Vegeta!

DRAGON BALL Z: KAKAROT includes detailed scenes from the original anime, as well as other stories that have gone untold in previous DRAGON BALL games – recreating the epic tale of DRAGON BALL Z in beautiful, anime-based graphics for an all-new experience.

Furthermore, this release features a Special Edition version that includes the additional DLC episodes currently available on other platforms, including “New Power Awakens - Part 1 & Part 2” and “-TRUNKS- Warrior of Hope”, allowing players to fully immerse themselves in the DRAGON BALL Z story.

Following the game’s release, players who already own the PlayStation®4 or Xbox One version will be able to upgrade their copy of the game to take advantage of the features offered by new-gen consoles.
